I replaced my 100 year old double concrete sink that weighed 300 lbs. It was all cracked and impossible to clean. For all you preservationists out there: No, my house is not a museum and I enjoyed greatly taking a sledgehammer to that piece of junk. I guess you could say I built up a lot of years of resentment toward that old sink.
This is not a cheap "plastic" tub - it is resistant to temperatures up to 450 degrees and has other nice properties. I recommend you pay extra to get the Swanstone Veritek over the cheap plastic. See the specs here:

I found it very easy to install, and I'm a typical homeowner with average skills. The tub is so light though that it was definitely necessary to bolt it down to the concrete floor. Otherwise it will move about with the slightest bump. Bolting was easy using a masonry bit and concrete screws. The sink does not come with a trap, just the 1.5 inch thin wall to gather the two sink drains into a single downward flow.
A faucet is pictured, but it does NOT come with a faucet. I purchased a nice faucet with an overhead sprayer, as well as a soap dispenser. Both easy to install using a hole saw attachment for your drill.
Love it, especially when I think of the old sink - thank goodness for modern material science.
